Consultancy to conduct a Training of Trainers (TOT) on internationally accepted principles of legal aid service and legal proceeding skills
The consultant is expected to prepare a TOT training module and conduct a training on internationally accepted principles on refugee protection giving emphases on access to justice and legal proceeding skills to be delivered to legal aid professionals
In fulfilling the assignment, the consultant should additionally undertake the following:
- In close coordination with the DRC legal protection coordinator, provide input and advice to refine the overall objectives of the course, key content areas and strategy and methodology for presentation;
- Prepare draft agendas, course outlines and similar planning materials.
